Your Role:

  • Development and implementation of advanced AI solutions with foundation models (LLMs)

  • Application of current prompting techniques (e.g., zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, RAG) and their optimization

  • Selection, evaluation, and integration of suitable models (open source & proprietary) according to business requirements

  • Performing model training and fine-tuning on Azure Machine Learning, considering scalability and performance

  • Developing and orchestrating agentic AI components for autonomous workflows and working closely with interdisciplinary teams

What You Bring:

  • A completed degree in computer science, data science, computational linguistics, or a related field

  • Several years of practical experience in developing AI solutions with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LL) and in-depth knowledge of modern prompt engineering approaches

  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services (especially Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Compute Cluster, and ML Pipelines)

  • Experience with Python, ML frameworks, CI/CD for ML, and MLOps

  • Strong analytical skills, a systematic and independent working style, communication skills, and a passion for innovation
