COMPLY is looking for a polished, passionate, and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team and take our highly-rated customer support services to the next level! In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between Technical Support and Product Teams to advocate our client's needs, managing client account activation implementations to meet deadlines, and gathering customer feedback to improve processes. $45,000 - $50,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $45,000- $50,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
