Patient Services Manager – Acute Care | Charleston, SC

What You'll Do:

  • Report into a PSM I and assist in leading and developing a dedicated team ensuring patient meals meet medical and personal needs
  • Drive patient satisfaction through compassionate service and quality meals
  • Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
  • Champion quality improvement and patient experience initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in food service or related field
  • Leadership experience in healthcare food service (acute care preferred)
  • Certified Dietary Manager, Diet Tech, or Dietitian preferred
  • ServSafe® certification and comfort with tech systems a plus
