Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator at Lumen Field is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process & will serve as the initial point of contact for our team members. These functions will include but are not limited to: opening job requisitions, coordinating new-hire orientations, & delivering a smooth onboarding experience & supporting the HR department with various administrative support. Responsibilities:

• Coordinates, facilitates, & implements all phases of the recruitment & hiring process.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify & draft detailed & accurate job descriptions & hiring criteria.
• Assists with our hiring event process
• Responds in a timely fashion to all requests via email.
• Collaborates with the Senior HR Manager to prepare new-hire orientations.
• Acts as a point of contact for the new hires during onboarding.
• Creates & maintains confidential personnel files.
• Verifies I-9 documentation and completes I-9 forms; tracks & initiates updates as required.
• Maintains our central employee tracker.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proactive & independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software & other recruitment systems.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, & best practices applicable to hiring & recruitment.
