The Hard Services Coordinator provides support to the Business Services Manager to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Coordinate hard service maintenance tasks within the facility. Schedule and manage preventive maintenance programs. Liaise with external service providers for reactive and preventative maintenance. Assign work orders to maintenance staff and monitor progress. Manage inventory of hard service tools, supplies, and equipment. Handle work orders status communications and updates. EAMS and ServiceNow administrative tasks, program updates, tech onboarding, and training. Tracks and reports maintenance trends. Back up support for work permit issuance and vendor safety training.
