Foodservice Director (college Dining) - LA Plata, MD

Job Summary

The Foodservice Director position entails managing the day-to-day Foodservice operations. You will lead a team of employees, client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads all aspects of all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client
• Works with the Chef and management team in crafting nutritious and top quality food for the students
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent experience Hospitality degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of foodservice management experience required
• Client focused experience preferred
• Commitment to excellence in both service and nutrition
• Financial and eye for business
