Job Summary

Direct the stage — where service becomes performance. Netflix House is coming to King of Prussia mall! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. The Front of House Manager will ensure seamless service flow, team engagement, and five-star guest moments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in front-of-house leadership
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• POS and floor operations knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily floor operations
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff
• Handle guest feedback and satisfaction
• Support special events and VIP service
• Collaborate with culinary and HR teams
