The Executive Chef II is responsible for partnering with the Sr. Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations within the hospital, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality, nutritious, and medically appropriate meals for patients, staff, and visitors. This role leads the kitchen team in executing diverse menus that align with therapeutic dietary requirements and food safety standards.
Under the direction of the Sr. Executive Chef, the Executive Chef II provides strategic direction, supervises culinary staff, and fosters a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates closely with Sr. Executive Chef, clinical dietitians, food service managers, and hospital leadership to support patient care and operational goals.
