We're seeking a Director Of Dining Services to join our team of directors, each aligned to their own schools in the district. You will be leading operations for a premier K-12 district in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires a boots-on-the-ground presence to guide a unionized frontline team, ensure exceptional service delivery, and partner closely with school leadership to support student wellness and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership abilities, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to operational excellence. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, driving performance, and aligning sourcing and service strategies with district goals.
