Chartwells K12 is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Dining Services to lead food service operations for Tuba City Unified School District in Arizona. Serving approximately 1,400 students across three schools (PreK–12), this role oversees a team of 20–25 frontline associates and is responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and service. We're looking for a professional, energetic leader who is committed to the community and passionate about creating a positive dining experience for students—all while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (pending the needs of the business).
The ideal candidate will bring strong food service management experience, including financial oversight, team leadership, and operational excellence. While the current focus is on breakfast and lunch programs, there is exciting potential to expand services, making this a great opportunity for someone with a hospitality mindset and fresh ideas.
