Customer Service Manager, Coffee Services

We're looking for a customer-focused, relationship-driven leader to join our team as Customer Service Manager, Coffee Services. In this role, you will champion exceptional customer experiences, strengthen client loyalty, and support revenue growth through proactive relationship management, business development, performance monitoring, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead customers through onboarding, providing ongoing training and support with our full range of products and services.
  • Regularly review customer accounts to understand needs, share updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Conduct routine account audits to evaluate profitability and ensure return-on-investment standards are met.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (or as required by state) with a clean driving record.
  • Previous coffee or café industry experience is highly desirable.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, or at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class service.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
