Commissary FOOD Service (FULL TIME)

Commissary Food Service

Prepares, presents and serves food. Essential duties and responsibilities include serving food and maintaining points of service and beverage stations for product and cleanliness, prepping fresh fruits and vegetables, using approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control, preparing and serving branded products according to brand specification following specified recipes and portion control, assembling products to service, including front-line finish product cooking, assisting cook and senior food-service worker, operating induction burners, ovens, grills, fryers, mechanical cutting equipment, mixers and other manual kitchen utensils, completing food production records, preparing items on the grill, in the pizza oven and exhibition style, completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning, serving customers in an efficient, friendly manner, resolving concerns when necessary, interacting with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, and inventory and cash-control procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.
