Job Summary

This position has direct customer contact with client, analyzing business performances and managing on site employees- serving the client. The goal is to ensure that we offer outstanding service while building and sustaining long-term relationships that result in high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the preparation of business reviews
  • Makes recommendations to identify program enhancements and provide customer value
  • Assists in operational set-up of new business locations
  • Expedites day to day service problems
  • Builds and sustains relationships with clients
  • Manages onsite service staff ensuring excellence in pantry operations
  • Provide HR Functions such hiring, disciplining, and coaching
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate degree
  • Minimum 3 Years of Account Management Experience in similar industry
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, present complex business reviews to clients
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service mindset
  • Proven long-term relationship building experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making
