Business Systems Support Analyst (hybrid)

Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide daily first-level support for Accounting Services technology needs, including SAP ECC, SAP S4, MyReports, MyFinance, Data Workbench, and Precisely Automate
• Create and produce key reports and analytics for Accounting Services management
• Support with the creation, scheduling, and support of SAP jobs and processes
• Support Accounting Services teams as required, including data pulls, supporting the closing cycle, and completing audit requests
• Assist in the testing, documentation, and support of accounting systems programs in both the ECC and S4 environments.
• Identify support trends and related opportunities for enhancement of Accounting Services processes and support.
• Identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems
• 1+ years of business experience
• Accounting/Finance environment preferred
• Compass closing cycle knowledge a plus
• Technical
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Knowledge of Syniti Data Workbench preferred
• Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion a plus
• Soft Skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
