We're seeking a driven and experienced Area Director / District Manager to lead our dynamic K–12 food service operations across 14–15 school districts throughout Minnesota. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a portfolio of up to $23 million and leading a team of 14–15 Food Service Directors.
As Area Director, you'll be the strategic partner for our clients and teams—focused on building positive relationships, driving operational excellence, and mentoring future leaders. Reporting to the RVP, you'll spend 2–3 days a week on-site with clients and teams, and 2–3 days working remotely to build strategies, mentor leaders, and drive success.
