We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our established AU Support team. At Compass, great support is at the heart of our market-leading customer service, and so you will be a key part of a dynamic and fast-growing team.

In this role there are opportunities for rapid progression and exposure to other parts of the organisation for the right candidate.

What you'll do:

You will join the Compass AU Support function in our Melbourne Office, working with the Support Manager & Support Supervisors. As a Level 2 Client Support Officer you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, thorough and accurate support to schools of all jurisdictions using Compass. You will be expected to have a sound understanding of modules and usage of Compass across multiple jurisdictions, and be able to pull from this to provide support.

Specifically, you will:

  • Provide support to schools through email, LiveChat and phone enquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive and creative solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Prioritise time and duties to respond to high priority and time sensitive requests.
  • Assist L3 Officer's with Enterprise and Independent school support.
  • Conduct sessions with schools to provide support with module configuration.
  • Work with the Product and Customer Success team for escalations and providing solutions as needed.
