The Capitation Analyst supports financial operations for both capitated and non-capitated functions at Community Care Health (CCH). This role is responsible for performing budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting activities related to capitation revenue, provider payment systems, and the financial performance of risk-based agreements. The Capitation Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess financial impacts, provide analytical support for rate negotiations, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration required• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Experience• 2 years of experience in healthcare finance, financial analysis, or capitation-related functions required• Experience working with capitation and value-based reimbursement structures preferred
Licenses and Certifications• CPA - Certified Public Accountant License preferred
