- Responsible for managing a team of high-performing engineers and creating a vision for accelerating product development
- Ownership of product requirements and implementation, including backend software, hardware, and service delivery
- Design and restructuring of team structure to meet development demands and recruitment of new team members
- Accountability for engineering team velocity, quality, and morale, while still contributing code when necessary
- Building relationships across the organization, especially with Product, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams

- Strong technical background with expertise in software, hardware, networking, mobile apps, and data pipelines
