- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users, including pushing code to solve them
- Engage directly with customers to provide excellent support and service
- Maintain detailed records of support requests and troubleshooting steps to improve processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to address feedback from customer interactions and participate in product conversations
- Utilize tools like Sentry, Datadog, and Celery for efficient issue monitoring and be part of a small product team making a significant impact

- Experienced full-stack engineer with a minimum of 3 years of technical troubleshooting and programming experience, ideally in a customer-centric role
- Self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset
- Strong critical thinker who can independently solve problems and prioritize a customer-centric approach
- Ideally brings expertise in telephony and real-time voice systems, such as Discord Voice App, SIP, or similar technologies
- Thrives in a remote-first, customer-obsessed culture, values curiosity, efficiency, transparency, decisive action, and a caring mentality
