As a CI/CD Engineer, you'll design and maintain scalable pipelines, automate processes across the software lifecycle, and bring intelligence to DevOps through DORA metrics and AI-powered enhancements. Your work will ensure rapid, reliable, and intelligent delivery of software solutions—helping us stay ahead in a world where speed and quality matter.

Requirements:

  • Build & Automate CI/CD Pipelines: Create robust, reusable pipelines with integrated code quality, security, and testing.
  • Streamline DevOps Processes: Automate repetitive tasks, enable self-service deployments, and boost developer productivity.
  • Measure & Improve Performance: Implement DORA metrics, build dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovate with AI/ML: Use AI-powered tools for anomaly detection, predictive failure analysis, and intelligent test selection.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in CI/CD or DevOps engineering.
  • Expertise with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Groovy) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and a curiosity for AI/ML in DevOps.

You'll excite us if you have:

  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Hands-on AI/ML integration (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Knowledge of GitOps and progressive delivery (ArgoCD, Flagger).
  • Exposure to advanced DevOps platforms (Harness, Spinnaker).

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $87,400.00-$120,000.00.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
