The Zero Touch Operations (ZTO) squad you will be dedicated to enabling fully automated deployment, monitoring, management, and diagnosis of production software systems. By leveraging intelligent automation, ZTO minimises manual intervention, streamlines workflows, and ensures comprehensive system visibility and health. The team's focus is on building resilient, self-healing systems that proactively detect and resolve issues, empowering operations to be seamless, scalable, and efficient across diverse environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, integrating Design Patterns and ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Develop and optimize Microservices Architecture, enabling seamless communication through message brokers such as Kafka.
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Ensure comprehensive Unit Testing and integration tests for all deliverables.
• Integrate with SQL & NoSQL databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with deep expertise in at least one.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT.
• Collaborate using JIRA and Confluence for agile project management.
• Work with ServiceNow to streamline IT processes and automate service management operations.
• Leverage Visual Studio or VS Code for efficient development workflows.
• Utilize Postman and Swagger for API design, documentation, and testing.
• Monitor and log system health and performance with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Integrate solutions with low-code platforms such as Appian or Pega for accelerated business automation.

Essential Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework and Object-Oriented Programming.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of software Design Patterns and their practical application.
• Expertise in Unit Testing frameworks.
• Microservices Architecture design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Authentication and Authorization protocols.
• ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.
• Version control using GitHub.
• Development and management of CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile project management and documentation with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and VS Code.
• API testing and documentation using Postman and Swagger.
• Strong understanding of Security Best Practices.
• Monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience with low-code platforms.
• Message broker integration.

Education Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline.
