As part of Customer Service Lending, you will contribute to all aspects of the technology products and services we deliver, from technical strategy and design to coding, deployment, and operation. Our squad's purpose is to deliver cutting edge digital tools and automations to support lenders, associates, relationship managers to grow CBA's proprietary lending businesses. We achieve this by developing and implementing digital verification rules that utilize trusted data sources for automatic verification. We believe in learning together, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other. Our team thrives on open communication, collaboration, and a willingness to explore new solutions. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Product Managers and UX Designers in a Squad Tech Lead capacity to bring new features to life, keep our systems running smoothly, mentor junior team members, share your ideas, and see them executed.
