The Workflow Crew is responsible for driving the architecture, design, build and governance roadmap across the group for various workflow technologies. This is your opportunity to join an established company where there is a focus on personal and professional development.

As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will help to shape the future of our digital platform while focusing on designing, developing, and deploying innovative technology solutions that will enable us to build tomorrow's bank today. You'll use your skills in leading the engineers and implementing complex workflow solutions in a cloud-based environment. Also, you'll have a strong risk mindset in ensuring that appropriate cyber security controls are implemented and play a significant mentoring role in providing technical assistance to the engineers in the team.

We're interested in hearing from people who can:

  • Architect, design, and deliver robust Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse) integrated with multi-source data systems (Azure SQL, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Build advanced AI-powered chatbots (CoPilotStudio and Azure Bot Framework) connected to enterprise systems for process automation and enhanced user engagement.
  • Develop custom connectors, integrating Power Automate and other Microsoft tools with external systems using C#, APIs, and Azure resources.
  • Explore and implement the latest technologies in AI, RPA (Power Automate Desktop), and CoPilotStudio solutions to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in accessibility, performance, security, and maintainability of Power Platform components through peer reviews.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery processes, managing project timelines, scope, and budgets to ensure successful implementations.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in building advanced solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AI technologies, including CoPilot, GPT-powered models (Azure OpenAI), and AI Builder.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and tool development using C#, Azure, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, including PCF controls, Plugins, Web Resources, and Azure Web Apps.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring engineering teams, including junior engineers and citizen developers.
  • Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Hands-on expertise in creating PowerApps, Power Automate Workflows, and AI-powered chatbots with CoPilotStudio.
