12 Month Secondment

As a Marketing Manager within the Business Product Marketing Chapter, you will play a critical role in co-managing and executing our customer-driven 1:1 strategy for mandatory customer communications. These communications are essential to maintaining transparency, compliance, and trust—cornerstones of our reputation and our customers' confidence in CommBank.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across Marketing and Business Banking to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the breadth of CommBank products and services. Leveraging this insight, you will deliver integrated, personalised communications that not only meet regulatory requirements but also strengthen customer relationships, enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and reinforce our position as their Main Financial Institution (MFI).

To succeed, you will bring proven experience in customer-centric, data-driven marketing strategies, with a focus on below-the-line initiatives. Your ability to balance compliance with customer experience will be key to ensuring every interaction builds trust and supports our brand reputation.
