As an Engineering Manager with fullstack experience, you'll lead a team of capable engineers, guiding them through design, development, and delivery. You'll foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and technical excellence, while remaining close to the code and architecture. You'll work with modern technologies and frameworks including .NET Core, Next.js, AWS, Microservices, Containerisation, and Gen AI.

Tech Skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. Experience or exposure to the following (or equivalents) will set you up for success:

• Programming Languages & Frameworks: C#, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Architecture & Infrastructure: Cloud Platforms (AWS), Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes/Docker for Containerisation
• Databases: SQL & NoSQL
• Design & Development: System & Solution Design, Translating business requirements into technical designs
• Observability & Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Logging and Monitoring Best Practices, Defining SLOs and SLIs
• CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy
• Testing: BlazeMeter, K6, Playwright, Unit, Component, Integration, and E2E testing
