 
                                                
                                            CommBank's Business Banking Operations (BBO) function is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Validations and Verifications (V&V) team within Business Lending Operations. BBO is responsible for the fulfilment, settlement and servicing of Commercial Lending products for the Group. The team supports our Business & Private Banking and Institutional Banking colleagues in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers including small businesses, franchises and large-scale corporate customers.
This is a 12month Max Term Arrangement or secondment for our internal team members, which is a fantastic way to upskill and deepen your knowledge across Business Lending Operations!
Within the Commercial Verification & Validations team, you will be responsible for the review and verification of returned commercial lending applications, ensuring these meet our responsible lending guidelines and bank policy. This includes verifying and validating all post client documentation for errors and/or discrepancies while collaborating with our settlements team to ensure timely and accurate action of our customers' requests.
