CommBank's Agency Operations team sits within our Market Operations business and is focused on providing Facility Agent services for Syndicated Loan Agency products, including administration and Security Trustee services to a portfolio of Corporate and Government clients. Sitting within our Chief Operating Office (COO), our Market Operations business is a team of 400 Operations Professionals who support our Global Lending, Markets, CommSec, Trade Finance, Treasury and Payments businesses globally.
The Role. As an Associate in our Agency Operations team, you will provide ongoing Syndicated Loan administration and deal support to a portfolio of institutional & corporate clients, acting as the facility agent.
This includes processing the Syndicate loan through its life-cycle and its ongoing maintenance and payments.
You will pro-actively manage the relationship between lenders, borrowers and relationship managers and act as the intermediary for all instructions, communications and payments.
Utilizing the LoanIQ system, you will coordinate and manage both multicurrency & AUD facilities, including drawdowns, fees, rollovers, rate setting & payments on loans and guarantees for syndicate lenders, including CBA share.

Corporate Lending Operations, or Corporate payments or will have experience building and maintaining strong working relationships within a highly analytical role with both internal & external stakeholders or clients. Alternatively, if you have experience covering corporate loans, corporate deals and/or operations work with the ability to prioritize, build meaningful relationships coupled with excellent attention to detail skills, and are keen to learn Corporate Loan Operations, then we'd love to hear from you!
