The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $22.03 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Carries out the functions of their assigned position while providing leadership support to the Practice Manager and staff. Ensures smooth daily operations by being available to provide direction, field customer and staff questions and ensures quality operations.

• Act as leader and resource for staff for work distribution and daily management of duties.
• Assume operational oversight of the practice in the absence of the Practice Manager.
• Support the practice manager to ensure full department coverage including making changes and adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
• Support the scheduling of practice meetings and training sessions and communicating the schedule to the staff.
• Provide computer system training to new hires. Serve as an EMR subject matter expert

Minimum High School Diploma/GED Two years in a medical clinic environment with knowledge of all areas Supervisory or lead experience Electronic Medical Record experience
