The posted compensation range of $52.29 - $79.09 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Nurse Manager Perioperative Services at California Hospital you will be responsible for Surgical / Periop services including Main OR, Out-patient Surgery Center, Same Day Surgery, Pre-Op, PACU, and GI. Many surgical specialties are supported, including trauma, vascular/general, liver/pancreatic, ortho, urology, gastrology, and gyn. We utilize the latest technologies and equipment such as the daVinci robotic system.
You will direct the operations, work with Sr. Director Periop and Proceedural services and Director Periop on key initiatives, and work with other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments. With our new Patient Tower recently opened, this is a very exciting time for you to join us!
