The posted compensation range of $49.20 - $71.34 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Manager of Imaging Services at Marian Regional Medical Center, you'll lead the diagnostic imaging department and team by ensuring all policies and procedures meet our standards of practice. Each day, you'll lead the imaging department with oversight of operational budgeting, staffing, delivery of care, and equipment oversight. You will be expected to collaborate with other members of leadership to continually enhance performance management.
To be successful in this role you'll need previous experience developing plans for different types of diagnostic radiology equipment and mentoring team members / direct reports. You'll also rely on your ability to solve complex problems should they arise.
