The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $24.86/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in our healthcare facility, which is essential to ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
Housekeeping experience required, utilizing basic housekeeping practices and procedures, proper handling/disposal of infectious waste, and proper safety skills in handling of housekeeping chemicals. Acute healthcare work experience involving the use of heavy equipment such as buffers, extractors, wide area vacuums, and wet vacuums.
This position is represented by SEIU UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
