The posted compensation range of $72.64 - $93.38/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Collects patient data based on diagnosis, age and/or developmental age. Analyzes data collected.
• Plans and prioritizes individualized care based on the assessment, utilizing nursing diagnosis, including teaching and discharge needs of the patient and family, and sets outcome goals in coordination with other disciplines.
• Ensures that the patient/family participates in the plan of care as able, and that plan of care addresses age-specific and cultural needs.
• Implements appropriate standards based on assessment.
• Prioritizes and organizes care within the allotted time frames.
• Coordinates discharge steps or ensures appropriate referral to address timely, appropriate discharge needs.

Required:

• 1 year RN Emergency Department or Critical Care experience
• California RN license
• Basic Life Support - CPR
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Preferred:

• Bachelors Of Science BSN
