The posted compensation range of $76.20 - $113.34/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The Director Nursing Perioperative Services at California Hospital will be responsible for Surgical Services including Main OR, Pre-Op, PACU, GI, and SPD. We have 7 operating rooms and a robust surgical services program, supporting many specialties, including trauma, vascular/general, liver/pancreatic, ortho, urology, gastrology, and gyn. We utilize the latest technologies and equipment such as the daVinci robotic system.
You will direct the operations, work with Sr. Director Periop and Proceedural services and Nurse Manager Periop on key initiatives, and work with other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.
