The posted compensation range of $63.10 - $93.87 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As the Director of Laboratory Services for St. Bernardine Medical Center, you will direct and oversee the 24-hour operations of the clinical laboratory to meet our organizational needs and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. You will direct, plan, organize and implement strategies and key initiatives to enhance and support the operations of the clinical laboratories to ensure high quality, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will also direct and oversee laboratory specimen collection, processing, on-site, point of care, and send-out testing services.
In this role you will collaborate with hospital administrative and clinical leaders in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures, programs, and initiatives that support the mission, growth and success of St. Bernardine Medical Center.
