As our Administrator of Subacute Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino you will be responsible for leading pediatric and neurological subacute services within our facilities. We have an 88-bed adult Subacute Unit / SAU in our Hospital, and a 63-bed Freestanding Subacute Center providing services for both adult and pediatric patients.
You will direct the operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance, work with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and work with the Subacute Nursing Director, Subacute Nurse Managers, and other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care.
