The Working Student Customer Marketing is part of the Marketing team and reports directly to the Director Customer Marketing. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of content marketing and project management.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our Munich or Berlin offices.

Your Mission:

• Ownership of internal delivery and organization of existing customer stories, quotes, logos and internal slides by value driver, vertical and other criteria for marketing and sales consumption
• Support in creation and tracking of overall marketing content in a centralized content repository.
• Execution and tracking of customer content strategy in Highspot
• Ownership and continuous update of other Customer Marketing trackers
• Support with project managing customer assets in Asana, and internal/external promotion

What you need to succeed:

• Ideally studying a MKT masters or similar
• Ideally first experiences in B2B Content Marketing and/or Customer Marketing and/or tech journalism.
• Curiosity on e-Commerce/tech trends and passion for storytelling
• Ability to write concise and creative copy in English and communicate at a native level.
• Experience in working with content and sales tools like Highspot and project management tools like Asana
• Familiarity with KPI reporting mechanisms and tools
• Ability to handle different projects and to set and meet deadlines consistently
