Strategic Sales Development Representative

As a Strategic Sales Development Representative at CommandLink, you'll play a key role in driving pipeline growth and expanding market presence. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you'll build strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities that align with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to build a strong pipeline.
  • Identify and map opportunities across key verticals, leveraging market intelligence and competitive insights.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, understanding their technical and business needs to position CommandLink solutions effectively.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and drive engagement.
  • Qualify and coordinate high-value sales meetings, ensuring a compelling presentation of CommandLink's value proposition.
  • Foster internal collaboration to drive new business growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Deliver quarterly reports and presentations to leadership, tracking progress and pipeline performance.

What you'll need for success:

  • Proven success in sales development, building and managing relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across industries.
  • Experience in account planning, including mapping hierarchies and deploying account-based marketing and consultative sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively at executive levels and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business/Sales Development, with a track record of driving pipeline growth and executing complex business development processes.
  • Ability to identify key business and technology growth areas and align strategies with company objectives.
  • Comfortable working in matrix environments and with geographically distributed teams.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset, able to operate as both an individual contributor and a team player in a fast-paced environment.
