Your Typical Day (The Fun Stuff): You aren't just "staff"; you're a companion. Your goal is to help seniors stay independent and smiling in their own homes by:

• Spreading Joy: Being the bright spot in a senior's day through conversation and companionship.
• Personal Care: Assisting with the essentials (dressing, bathing, and mobility) with dignity and heart.
• Home Comfort: Light meal prep and keeping their space tidy and cozy.
• Peace of Mind: Providing vital medication reminders and safety oversight.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year as a Caregiver or HHA (professional or family experience).
• Reliability: You have consistent, reliable transportation to reach clients across the KCMO metro (a personal vehicle is preferred, but not required if you're a pro at navigating the city!).
• The "It" Factor: You're naturally patient, incredibly kind, and genuinely love helping people.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
