The Business Support Report Analyst is primarily responsible for production reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. This includes discussions with the Business Loan Center (BLC), Consumer Loan Center (CLC), and Retail partners to update/change existing reports and provide accurate and timely reporting. Other responsibilities include validating and testing data with other known sources or reports; researching questions/issues to determine resolutions, and depending on the findings, identify the impact to the current processes; assisting in the development, execution and analysis of projects. Review reporting overlaps with a new reporting tool and assisting in additional requests for data and reporting as needed. Maintain positive relationship/communication with other internal customers.
