This position will assist in the study, analysis, development and documentation of plant assembly processes. The job also includes assistance in continuous improvement efforts focusing on departmental quality improvement projects, ergonomic improvement projects, line balance optimization and improvements in overall departmental efficiency.

Qualifications and skills:

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering Program and have completed their Sophomore year of College.
• Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
• Must be flexible to work portions of day and evening shift.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• MS office, specifically excel spreadsheets.
• A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferable.
