Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Java Software Engineer- IAM to join their dynamic team. As a Java Software Engineer- IAM, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting innovative identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Java Software Engineer- IAM

Location: Columbus, Ohio or Irving, TX

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications related to identity and access management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Utilize REST APIs to integrate various systems and enhance functionality.
• Lead technical projects, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards across all deliverables.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Java and React development frameworks.
• Experience working with REST APIs and cloud platforms, preferably OCP Cloud.
• Knowledge of C# .NET is a plus, especially for code conversion tasks.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
