Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in East Columbus. This is a contract position where you will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, benefits administration, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex HR processes to support company policies and employee needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee interactions and address workplace concerns to foster a positive environment.
  • Manage benefits enrollment processes, ensuring employees are accurately registered and invoices are properly reviewed.
  • Utilize HRIS systems, such as Paycom, to generate reports and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide guidance and support in compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related challenges across multiple locations.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, including benefits management.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems, particularly Paycom, for reporting and data management.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to effectively onboard new employees and support their integration into the workplace.
  • Strong communication skills to advise and collaborate with teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience managing HR functions for multi-site operations.
