This position leads Under Armour's Outdoor sales teams, its distribution opportunity and strategy, and executes UA's integrated Go-To-Market plans. This leader will ensure Under Armour is powerfully represented across Outdoor channels to most effectively drive sales and market share and realize our overall brand mission to "Make You Better".
Leading one of Under Armour's foundational and high-exposure categories, the Director of Sales-Outdoor will be instrumental in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ultimately driving the Outdoor business across a rapidly evolving and competitive environment. The Director of Sales – Outdoor will own and have accountability for the Outdoor business across sales, distribution, outside representation and P&L management.
Qualifications include a track record and proven success in leading a growing global business, expert-level understanding of the outdoor marketplace, strong business and financial acumen, ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and a passion for the brand and team.
