Oracle Eceu Global Industry Unit Sales Consultant

Oracle's Construction, Engineering, Energy and Utilities (ECEU) Global Industry Unit is the leading provider of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and utility industry applications for customer billing, asset management and operational technology solutions. Candidate should have ten (10) years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Viewed as an expert in the field. Recognized authority and leading contributor in immediate business area/function. Work is non routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/ business skills. Oracle has the largest market share of PPM and utility application vendors and intends to grow its influence rapidly. The ECEU delivers best-in-class solutions for a wide variety of use cases across all industries. ECEU serves more than 5,000 customers globally. Oracle's ECEU license and SaaS sales are closed by the direct license and SaaS sales force as well as by Oracle partners. ECEU solutions are integrated with Oracle's ERP applications (financials, human resources, supply chain management, product lifecycle management, business intelligence, and asset management solutions, etc.)

Responsibilities

Manage North American Energy and Utility accounts in support of achieving consulting sales objectives for Oracle Energy and Utility applications. Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle consulting services to customers including negotiating level of effort, price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Networks and develops strong business relationships. Contributes to strategic and tactical account planning for the assigned territory.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $111,300 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
