Custodian/Floor Tech

Full-time. Starting pay: $16-19/hr. depending on experience. Location: 8022 West Drake Road Fort Collins, Colorado

About the Role:

• Perform custodial and floor care duties to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Inspect and maintain facilities, equipment, and grounds to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with supply use, equipment care, and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support visitor comfort and staff operations by responding to work requests and on-call emergencies, including snow removal.

What We're Looking For:

Experience and Education: Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous relevant experience highly preferred.

Skills:

• Floor care expertise.
• Facility maintenance knowledge.
• Strong time management.
