About the Position
We're looking for a collaborative and proactive Sr. HR Experience Partner to support the delivery of HR programs that enhance the employee experience. In this business facing role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a client-service mindset and bring a collaborative approach, a strong sense of ownership, and a desire to grow their expertise across the HR function.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Support HRBPs and business leaders by understanding team needs and helping to implement HR programs that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with COEs to coordinate and deliver HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in the rollout of HR programs, ensuring smooth execution and employee engagement for your assigned business areas.
- Partner with HR Go-to-Market and COE teams to support communications and training efforts.
- Act as a program advocate, helping drive awareness and adoption of HR initiatives.
You Are
- An HR professional with experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or in Talent Management/Acquisition roles.
- A strong relationship builder who thrives in client-facing environments and collaborates effectively across teams.
- A skilled communicator who adapts messaging for different audiences and builds consensus.
- A problem solver who enjoys working across functions to support program delivery.
- Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions with employees and managers.
- Passionate about creating inclusive and engaging employee experiences.
- Open to learning and growing in new areas of HR, including Total Rewards.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You Have
- 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources as an HRBP or Talent professional.
- Exposure to basic Total Rewards and compensation practices.
- Experience supporting HR program delivery and employee experience initiatives.
- Solid understanding of business operations and how HR can support organizational goals.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Experience working in complex or matrixed environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
