About the Role

As a Fit Engineer II on our Menswear team, you'll ensure that every garment meets Columbia's high standards for fit, function, and quality. You'll lead fit sessions, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and use your technical expertise to deliver products that feel as good as they look. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts quickly to seasonal changes, and brings innovative ideas to the table.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support daily fit sessions, making timely, informed decisions.
• Build and maintain accurate measurement charts in PDM; approve graded size charts.
• Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Product Development to ensure fit consistency.
• Influence and build trust with cross-functional teams to drive consensus.
• Leverage 3D tools (e.g., Browzwear) for digital fit reviews when applicable.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline fitting and development.

What You'll Bring

• Strong knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, and fit engineering.
• Experience with PDM systems; Browzwear or similar 3D fit tools preferred.
• Menswear experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage complexity, solve problems creatively, and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to "work the room" in collaborative settings.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share innovative ideas.
