About Us

At Columbia Sportswear, our passion for outdoor activities is as intense as yours. While our products are distributed worldwide, we are proud to be based in Oregon, USA, where nature is our playground.

Every product and initiative is inspired by the iconic words of our founder, Gert Boyle: "It's perfect. Now make it better."

Discover the diversity within our teams of over 700 people spread across 13 European countries, united by the common goal of elevating Columbia to the pinnacle of outdoor brands in Europe.

Located in the heart of the Alps in Geneva, Switzerland, our European headquarters houses the Executive Committee, go-to-market teams, as well as planning and logistics. In Schiltigheim, near Strasbourg, our shared services center brings together more than 100 professionals who manage finance, operations, and customer service. Our distribution center in Cambrai ensures fast delivery to our customers and consumers, while our 30 Columbia stores are present in the largest European outlet centers. Finally, our Sales and Trade Marketing teams are spread across Europe to be as close as possible to our clients and markets.

We believe that nature deserves to be preserved and we are committed to protecting the health of our planet. We also believe that it is crucial to offer everyone the opportunity to fully enjoy outdoor activities.

And above all, we believe in you.

About The Team

Present in our shared services center in Schiltigheim, our Operations teams consist of around fifty people from different backgrounds and nationalities. United and dynamic, they work on driving the supply chain to serve our European partners (Intersport, Amazon, Decathlon, etc.) for our Columbia and SOREL products, focusing on customer experience, speed of execution, and flexibility.

Joining our Operations teams will allow you to immerse yourself in the sportswear industry within a large international group, while benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues to develop your skills.

About The Mission

We offer you an apprenticeship program focused on supply chain and customer service roles, giving you the opportunity to actively contribute to our objectives. Here is a glimpse of the missions that await you:

  • Optimize supply chain and customer experience processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Planning, and Finance to ensure effective supply and smooth management.

  • Conduct analyses using Excel matrices, pivot tables, and SAP.

The mission may evolve and adapt according to operational needs and your language skills (e.g., support in a specific territory based on your language proficiency).

Your Talents

  • Student in Master 1 or Master 2 in Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, V lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint: mastery of these tools is essential.
