Account Operations Representative
We are looking for an Account Operations Representative in full-time to join our team based in Schiltigheim, near Strasbourg.
Your mission? To manage and follow up on the order book of several wholesale accounts in Europe, particularly in the Netherlands and Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic), while ensuring the proper execution of deliveries and the satisfaction of our partners.
You will play a key role in coordinating between several internal teams (sales, credit, logistics, distribution…) to ensure smooth order processing and a quality customer experience.
This position also involves close monitoring of certain Partner Stores, which require rigorous management and a high level of responsiveness.
Every day, you will be at the heart of commercial activity: analysis of the order book, resolution of operational issues, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the best possible execution.
A cross-functional, dynamic role that combines analysis, organization, customer relations, and problem-solving, in an international environment.

Your Skills
- You have already solid first experience in customer service B2B, order management or account management
- You communicate fluently in English, and you speak Spanish or another European language (Italian for example) which will be a real asset
- You are comfortable with the analysis of order books, priority management, and operational problem-solving
- You are recognized for your organization, rigor, and ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment
- You like to understand situations in depth in order to propose concrete solutions
- You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and evolving in an international environment
- You are comfortable with IT tools (advanced functions on Excel...) and order management systems (experience on SAP is a plus)
