Clinic Patient Service Representative

We are hiring for a full-time Patient Services Representative in the Waitsburg and Dayton Clinics! In this role you will schedule patient appointments on the phone or in person, notify Providers of patient's arrival and keep patients informed and comfortable, verify all demographics and insurance information with the patient during the check in process, and obtain eligibility and/or prior authorizations for the patients when necessary. This position requires availability on Wednesday evenings and every Saturday. Additionally, candidates must be flexible and willing to provide coverage for vacations, call-ins, and other staffing needs as they arise. This position does not require licensure, but we are looking for an individual with prior administrative healthcare experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing
• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday - Fridays, 8am - 5pm; Saturdays, 10am - 2pm; Some Wednesdays, 5pm - 8pm
• Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
